Hey guys! The time has come! I will be starting the PAA Arnis workshops next week monday (1/30). Please message me if you are seriously interested. Send your preference of when you can meet and your email address. I am also debating whether do hold practice once or twice a week. For those who do not know what Arnis is, Arnis, or Eskrima, is the umbrella term for the traditional martial arts of the Philippines, which emphasize weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives and other bladed weapons, and various improvised weapons. It also includes hand-to-hand combat and weapon disarming techniques.
